My counselor was Mr.Ashwini Tambi. The in-depth and extremely candid sessions with Ashwini sir are designed to make you introspect and think deeply inward. Rather than jumping to conclusions, Ashwini sir focuses on diagnosing the root causes of your doubts and fears and then pushes you to challenge your own assumptions. The best way to reap the most out of these sessions is to be completely transparent and honest, and not be afraid to disagree or question the inputs that you receive. And that is the best part because Ashwini sir makes the entire process collaborative.
